At Michaela's Glow, all product sales are final. Due to the nature of professional skincare products, we do not offer returns or refunds. If you would like to try a product before purchasing, please get in touch with us at 386-383-4840 or email michaelaarmand@gmail.com to inquire about available samples. ( If available ) Most products are shipped by other vendors!

 

Free Shipping on Orders of $200 or more in the USA only.  Shipping charges under $200 will be calculated and arranged separately after purchase. If you have any questions about product selection, skincare concerns, or how to use your products, we're happy to help. If there is a product out of stock, I will notify you by text. If payment has already been made, the purchase amount for the out-of-stock product will be refunded. Cancellation & No Show Policy. Bookings are by appointment only. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With less than 12 hours' notice or a no-show, you may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
