If payment has already been made, the purchase amount for the out-of-stock product will be refunded. Cancellation & No Show Policy. Bookings are by appointment only. A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. With less than 12 hours' notice or a no-show, you may be subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
