regenerative cycle and structure. Dermal papilla cells, a type of stem cell, located at the base of the follicle, are specialized

mesenchymal cells responsible for regulating the anagen (growth) phase, stimulating matrix keratinocyte proliferation, and

directing extracellular matrix remodeling. When bioactive peptides bind to cell-surface receptors on these papilla cells, they

trigger intracellular cascades that increase growth factors, collagen, and keratin-associated proteins. This activation enhances

Remove all makeup from the eyelashes and brows. For eyelashes, use the brush applicator to apply to the base of the

upper and lower eyelashes, starting from the inner corner of the lashes and working to the outer edge. For eyebrows,

apply one pass using the brush applicator from the inner brow to the outside edge. Avoid contact with the eye.
